Performance Lease Opportunities for Property Owners

At this time we are only entering into leasing agreements with owners that have 1-20 units in their portfolio.

  • Ideal for the owner who does not want to manage their property BUT wants to continue to benefit from owning rental real estate. We can reduce vacancy and maximize your income while you receive all the tax benefits.

  • We will lease your building with a right to sublease to tenants, make the mortgage payments for you, and consider combining a lease/sub-lease sandwich (with an option in which a credit is given against the Option price for each payment).

Leases are generally 1 year with a 4 year renewal option.
